ABOUT KAPE
THE NATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION AGENCY (KAPE)
The National Energy Conservation Agency S.A. (KAPE) is a consulting company in Poland, active in the field of energy efficiency management and has been in business since 1994. The primary territorial area of KAPE's operations is the Polish market, by supporting companies operating in Polish territory and Local Governments Units in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources (RES) . We also implement European projects by cooperating with other member countries in working groups.
The company offers comprehensive, independent advice on optimizing energy production and consumption, and performs energy audits for the industrial and construction sectors. It conducts national and international educational projects and provides services to Local Government Units related to the implementation of a low-carbon economy. KAPE promotes European standards for proper energy management, sustainable development and supports business representatives in implementing climate neutrality strategies and calculating carbon footprints (of organizations, products and buildings).
Over 30 years of activity KAPE:
- realized several hundred nation-wide contracts for government and local administrations, companies, non-governmental organizations,
and PR agencies, - verified nearly 11 000 energy audits on commission from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, for thermo-modernization pre-mium grant applications,
- developed nearly 600 industrial audits for over 100 clients,
- prepared or participated in preparing 80 applications for the financing of energy efficiency improving projects,
- instructed over 1800 people,
- realized 180 international and nation-wide projects,
- organized over 140 conferences, seminars, courses, and workshops,
- shared our knowledge during several hundred conferences and seminars organized by external institutions.
